Fefe vs. Gentoo

German free software author, CCC "VIP" and Gentoo user Felix von Leitner, also known as Fefe, recently blogged about a bug in Gentoo that made gcc take over half a second to start up, even when called without any arguments. He was, as usual, pretty polemic about the matter in his blog, and it was fun to read. However, it wasn't quite as funny to see that he used the same style in his actual bug report.

But this has been taken care of: Robert Buchholz (rbu), a Gentoo developer, did a great job mocking Fefe in his own blog. Everybody who reads Fefe's blog or knows him for any other reason will most likely have a great time with Robert's rant.
